Wrapping system for cut & wrap products

Wrapping system for Soft Caramels

System for processing and packaging different chewing masses such as chewing gum, chewy sweets, toffee, fudge or similar masses. The products are automatically cut and wrapped from the endless mass rope. Upstream process steps such as batch roller in combination with a rope sizing machine machine or extruders from our partner companies are combined with our cut & wrap machines and cartoner.

Cut & wrap system comprising:

  • Batch roller in combination with a rope sizing machine or extruder to transform the confectionery mass into a continuous mass rope with uniform shape and size
  • Cut & wrap machine to cut products to the specified length from the mass rope and package them individually
  • Cartoner for secondary packaging of the individual confectionery products in multi-packs
