  • Counter moulds filled with products are continuously transported through the picker cell
  • „Delta“ robots pick the products off the moving counter moulds by means of special picker tools
  • Product pitch is changed to fit the pitch of the lug chain during the transfer
  • Each “delta” picks up to ten products simultaneously
  • Each “delta” robot works at a cycle speed of up to 50 cycles/min
  • The product pitch is adapted up to a 1 % chain elongation
  • Fully automatic mould transport with integrated buffer functionality or manual feeding
  • Easy access through swivelling guard doors
