Counter moulds filled with products are continuously transported through the picker cell
„Delta“ robots pick the products off the moving counter moulds by means of special picker tools
Product pitch is changed to fit the pitch of the lug chain during the transfer
Each “delta” picks up to ten products simultaneously
Each “delta” robot works at a cycle speed of up to 50 cycles/min
The product pitch is adapted up to a 1 % chain elongation
Fully automatic mould transport with integrated buffer functionality or manual feeding
Easy access through swivelling guard doors
