New machine generation for maximum flexibility and stable packaging processes FPC6 - Flow Pack Machine
With the new FPC6, Theegarten-Pactec introduces an innovative flow-wrapping machine specifically designed to meet the requirements of manufacturers of chocolate, confectionery, cereal and protein bars, functional food, and snacks, as well as co-packers and contract packers. The new development combines high flexibility with user-friendly operation, digital connectivity, and maximum process stability. As a system solution, the FPC6 enables a fully automated packaging process.
High-speed cartoning BLM - Cartoner
For high-performance secondary packaging, Theegarten-Pactec presents the BLM—the first cartoner from its own portfolio. The machine is optimally designed for integration with high-speed lines and enables efficient handling of small products such as bouillon cubes, chewing gum, or chocolate bars at high cycle rates. At interpack, visitors have the opportunity to experience the BLM’s capabilities live, demonstrating its direct connection to the FPC6 for secondary packaging of flow-wrapped bars into cartons—fast, precise, and reliable.

Smart Bunch – New packaging style CHS – Maximum flexibility and high speed
The CHS was specifically developed for the gentle packaging of chocolate products and stands out for its high flexibility. It allows rapid changes between different folding styles as well as quick format adjustments—all while ensuring maximum product protection thanks to its continuous operation principle. Theegarten-Pactec now expands the CHS’s capabilities with the new “Smart Bunch” folding style, which features a side closure. This addition not only increases the machine’s flexibility but also reduces material consumption without compromising efficiency.
High-efficiency system for bouillon cube processing and packaging BHS and BLM
Theegarten-Pactec presents innovations beyond the confectionery sector at interpack 2026. The BHS handles three product variants—bouillon cubes in preformed cubes, double cubes, or preformed tablets. Visitors can experience a fully integrated system at the exhibition stand: Kilian’s KTS 1000 bouillon cube press, the BHS primary packaging machine, and the directly connected high-speed BLM cartoner. The line demonstrates how reliably up to 3,000 preformed tablets per minute can be packaged. For bouillon cubes, the machine reaches 3,000 products per minute in single packaging and up to 6,000 products per minute in double packs.
Entry-level applications FPH5 - Flow pack machine
For reliable packaging of preformed products in flow packs, Theegarten-Pactec presents the modular FPH5. The first machine, manufactured together with partner MAKREV in Turkey, is designed for simple applications and achieves a throughput of 2,000 packaged products per minute. With this machine, Theegarten-Pactec strengthens its competitiveness in the entry-level segment. More complex systems for chiclets, multi-packs, or jelly products, as well as customized solutions, continue to be developed and manufactured at the Dresden site.
New control generation EK4 - High-speed double twist
With the EK4, Theegarten-Pactec presents the world’s fastest packaging machine for preformed products in double-twist wrapping. This proven solution has been in use for over 20 years and is continuously updated to meet customer requirements. Most recently, it was equipped with a next-generation control system. Approximately 115 units are already in operation worldwide, with more currently on order.
Achieving greater efficiency through partnership MAKREV
At interpack 2026, Theegarten-Pactec will appear for the first time with its partner MAKREV at a joint exhibition stand. The company’s involvement with the Turkish machine manufacturer since 2022 has strategically expanded the portfolio to include solutions for the mid-performance segment—ideal for manufacturers of chocolate, hard candy, and jelly products who require flexible, cost-effective machines below the high-speed class. At the trade show, MAKREV will present the MR7800 and MRCW packaging machines for chocolate and preformed products, respectively.
