Continuous motion high speed plant to form,
cut and wrap hard and soft caramels, toffees, chewy candies,
chewing gum and bubble-gum products in fold wrap (singlepoint
underfold) with simultaneous overwrapping in flat stick packs
or stick packs »on edge«. In its standard version,
the WHF machine is equipped with a pre-sizing unit, with an
automatic speed control to adapt the machine speed to the feeding
speed of the rope, with a rotating rope cutting device, as well
as with automatic splicer to change wrapping material reels
without stopping the machine (for
one wrapping material). Due to the continuous operating principle,
a smooth transfer of the products from the cutting unit to the
heating and cooling stations is guaranteed. In a grouping device,
the individual pieces are collated to the required number and
arrangement and then transferred to the conveyor chain of the
F3 stick pack machine. The F3 machine is equipped with automatic
splicer,with photo-electric print registration and tear tape
unit. Both machines are equipped with pneumatic reel centering
and
core locking devices for material reels. |
