High-speed wrapping machine for chocolate products
in envelope fold. In its standard version the U1-CT is directly
synchronized to the discharge station of a feeding system. The
infeed of the machine is designed as a dual track infeed. Three
consecutive transport conveyors feed the products towards the
wrapping
machine. Product sensors control and adopt the infeed conveyor
speeds to guarantee a minimized product accumulation pressure.
The products are wrapped in a dual track wrapping head in intermittent
motion technology. The standard version of the U1-CT is equipped
with automatic splicer to change wrapping material reels without
stopping the machine (for one wrapping material) in order to
reduce down-times, as well as with servo-driven wrapping material
feed rollers and wrapping material knife. The wrapping material
is fed continuously from a reel and is engaged automatically
by product scanners. |
