High speed wrapping machine for chocolate bars and similar products in envelope fold



High speed wrapping machine for deposited chocolate bars and similar products in envelope fold.The U1-C is suitable for direct synchronisation to the discharge station of the bar production line.The single-lane feeding of the bars to the machine is guaranteed by means of three conveyor belts which are connected in series with a fully automatic electronic product feed control. A continuous transport of the bars is achieved by precisely synchronised conveying speeds of the feeding
conveyors in order to avoid any accumulation pressure to the delicate products. The wrapping is carried out in the intermittently rotating mould wheel.The standard version of the U1-C is equipped with automatic splicer to change wrapping material reels without stopping the machine (for one wrapping material) in order
to reduce down-times,as well as a 180° turning device at the discharge.The wrapping material is fed continuously from a reel and is engaged automatically by product scanners.

Combinations
- The U1-C resp. U1-C-FS can be combined with a THEEGARTEN-PACTEC B1
machine to apply a banderole as outer wrapper which is sealed by means of
hot-melt application. Instead of a direct synchronization to the production line
the U1-C can also be supplied with separate feeding systems, for instance if
the bars are provided on feeding plates. A synchronization with down-stream overwrapping (cartoning or flow-pack machines) machines is also possible.
