| Continuous motion high speed wrapping plant
for square, rectangular, round and oval dies-formed or moulded
hard candies in fold wrap with simultaneous overwrapping in
flat stick packs or stick packs »on edge«. Sweets
with semi-liquid centres can be handled without problems. The
continuous motion principle of the HCW3 guarantees a particularly
gentle handling of the products. A highly efficient feeding
system with integrated sorting station eliminates sugar dust
and broken pieces.The continuous motion operation of the HCW3
guarantees the gentle transfer of products from the feeding
system through wrapping to the grouping unit where the sweets
are counted, positioned and collated. Fully collated sticks
are transferred to the F3 respectively F4 infeed chain where
any stick packs with missing sweets are rejected.The HCW3 and
F3 respectively F4 are equipped with automatic splicer (for
one wrapping material) to avoid down-times as well as with pneumatic
reel centring and core locking devices. |
