Forming, cutting and wrapping machine for
specific sugar masses in »Vienna-fruit« fold



The EW10 forming, cutting and wrapping machine has been designed to wrap specific sugar masses (Krowki, Cream Fudge) in »Vienna-fruit« fold. Upon customers request the products can be wrapped in a simple fold wrap with open tips or in the original »Vienna-fruit« folding style. The sugar mass is fed to the machine in form of a continuous mass rope.Masses of particularly short consistency will have to be fed manually. However, the machine could also be combined with a rope sizing machine. The wrapping material is fed from a reel. Separate reels are used for the inner and outer wrapper. For the outer wrapper a coated foil is recommended in case of a simple fold wrap, wax paper or chromo paper in case of the original »Vienna-fruit« fold. For the inner wrapper wax paper or glassine paper can be used. The wrapped products are discharged individually via a discharge conveyor.
