Continuous motion high speed wrapping machine for hard candies in double
twist wrap



Continuous motion high speed wrapping machine for double twist wrap. The machine is suitable to wrap dies-formed or deposited sweets of round, oval or oblong shapes. Due to the continuous motion principle, a particularly gentle handling of the products is guaranteed. Sweets with semi-liquid centers can be handled without problems. An electronically controlled, highly efficient
feeding system with integrated sorting station to eliminate sugar dust, chips and broken pieces, as well as a controlled plate feeding system lead to an almost 100 per cent feeding efficiency. The standard version of the EK4 is equipped with automatic splicer to change wrapping materials without stopping the machine (for one wrapping material).
