CHD



Continuous motion high speed wrapping machine for deposited or enrobed chocolate products with or without center-filling, jellies and other products in double twist wrap or »protected twist«. The CHD/L is equipped with an electronically controlled feeding and synchronizing unit. The machine is provided with an accumulation length control to adapt the machine speed to the product feed.
Due to the continuous operating principle, a smooth transfer of the products from the feeding chain to the twist head is guaranteed. The machine is equipped with an automatic splicer to avoid downtimes (for one wrapping material) as well as an ejection unit for unwrapped or »spliced« products.
